Anne Dinh is a physician assistant at Sutter Delta Medical Center in Antioch. She earned a bachelor's degree in biology at St. Mary’s College of California in Moraga and a master's degree at Samuel Merritt University in Oakland. Before she earned her degree, she worked as a medical scribe in the emergency room at Sutter Delta, documenting patients’ records and care needs. She also worked as an emergency medical technician to gain hands-on medical experience prior to completing her master's degree.
Anne found an interest in medicine after seeing family members suffer ongoing medical conditions. Experiences with her family inspired her to learn more so that she could better understand and help her loved ones. Over the years, this developed into a passion for medicine and helping those around her.
She is a first-generation American. Her family immigrated to the United States from Vietnam. She lives in the East Bay near her large, extended family. She grew up very close to her family, and they remain a strong presence in her life.
In her spare time, Anne loves being outdoors. She will take any opportunity to go hiking, camping, and skiing.
All of the joys in Anne’s life guide her work in the medical field, including communicating with patients and helping them find their way through often difficult journeys.
